Terms and Conditions of Sales

  1. Prices are valid for a period of 7 days and are therea􀅌er subject to change. Please confirm all prices at the time of placing your order.
  2. Please confirm all banking details before making payment. Vitria will never change banking details via email and cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from payment made into an incorrect bank account.
  3. All artwork must be supplied in PDF or working file format. Exact Pantone colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Printed items are not 100% dishwasher safe. Acid-based cleaning products may damage the print.
  5. Samples are produced on request only. Sample production takes 5–10 working days from artwork approval.
  6. The completion time for printed orders is 3–4 weeks from approval of final artwork and/or samples, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. A variance of up to 3% over or under the quoted quantity will be accepted at the quoted price.
  8. Cash Accounts: A 50% deposit is payable on placement of order, with the balance payable prior to dispatch.
  9. In accordance with the POPI Act, all personal information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

Terms of Payment

We make use of an independent courier with extensive experience in transporting glassware. While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, there remains a small risk of breakage during transit.

To facilitate prompt resolution of any issues, please ensure the following upon receipt of your goods:

  1. Inspect the consignment thoroughly at the time of delivery.
  2. Record the number of any broken glasses on the waybill before signing.
  3. Report the number of broken items to us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Upon verification, we will promptly issue a refund or credit for any confirmed breakages. 
We will then immediately refund or credit you for the breakages.
